Establishment
The NEC C&C FOUNDATION was established as a nonprofit organization on March 20, 1985, with the approval of the Minister of International Trade and Industry of Japan.
Management
The NEC C&C FOUNDATION is managed by a board of directors, auditors, and a board of counselors, all of which are comprised of distinguished intellectuals.
An Awards Committee selects C&C Prize recipients and designates persons to receive grants.
